  当时我是野心勃勃想把这本字典直接背下来的，结果被老师叫停的。还是很不错的的工具书，就是比较基本了。

  21世纪初期论文汇编的集子，虽然作者非常宠爱理论，落实在研究层面，多能提供些理论或研究方法的思考和意见，但系统性逻辑性的理论整理与论述依然欠缺。

  本书是麦肯锡团队的作品，书中你能看到满满的麦肯锡管理的方法论。就像书中有个推荐人写，不是所有的东西都是新的好，反而那些老的经验会被人遗忘。本书就是从这个角度重新给我们refresh了一遍管理的10大规律。

  本书从管理需要的要素，那就是优秀的人才，团队，决策，文化，以及应对变革等方面着手。在每个点上都是沿用了，为什么重要，有什么好主意，怎么提高的论证架构。至于怎么提高就沿用了PDCA的模式，那就是先定方向，找差距，行动，反馈，持续改善的五步方法论。

  本书内容齐全，论证严谨，像是一篇篇管理学的论文。更像是作者们在培训时候的PPT的再加上自己的阐述。但是深度上略显不足，每个点上浅尝辄止，不需要太多的理解和思考空间。适合做管理学感兴趣的入门教材。给三颗星，一般般，不推荐！

  无意之间拿起这本书，都是彩页。讲述的是长大了的麦兜和麦太的生活，童年看麦兜的时候还没去过香港，之后经常去香港，看到这本书里面的香港元素觉得好亲切。也慢慢从这样一本漫画中品味香港精神。麦太和麦兜过着节俭清贫的生活，麦太打几份工，麦兜也是普通的打工族，但是却很快乐，麦太骗麦兜说他们中了彩票，但是要表现得很低调，所以要开心滴做打工一族。每次麦太去检查身体，就同麦兜讲去太空旅行，直到再也没回来。。。很暖心的一本书。值得一看
